I'm intersted in Real Estate also and might do that one day when I have more free time, for now my web business is taking all my time.
Do you work for an agency or do you work on your own (real estate I mean) I'm interested in buying, fixing up and re-selling and also buying to rent. Any tips? :)
I already have one house... but I did the biggest mistake in real estate... I once heard that there are 3 rules to real estate. Location, location, location. well.. I broke those 3 rules and now have trouble selling it :)
